FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

How much are whole pies? All whole pies are $26 plus tax. Slices are $5.50 plus tax.

Can I pre-order slices? We don’t accept pre-orders for slices, but if you call the shop the day of, we can tell you what we have and save slices with pre-payment for you to pick up that day!

Do you make mini pies? Unfortunately since we have one oven and just two bakers, we do not offer mini pies.

How do I place an order? You can place an order by calling or texting us any time at 816-598-3293. We do require 48 hours notice. We check our business cell phone on our days off (except Sundays!) so you can always reach us. If you don’t get a response within 24 hours, reach out again. We may have missed your voicemail or message!

Are you open any other days other than Thursday, Friday, Saturday for special orders? We are only in the shop Thursday through Saturday for orders.

How long will the pies be good? We recommend eating your pie within 2-3 days. They are always baked the morning of the day you pick them up. We don’t recommend freezing them, but some people do enjoy freezing them with great results! Pies with whipped cream should be eaten within 2 days as the whipped cream (we whip it fresh in the morning!) starts to break down after a couple of days.

Do you offer delivery? We are a small shop of just Ashleigh and her father, so we do not offer delivery.

Do you ship pies? We do not, as it is not only expensive but it would make the quality suffer.

Do you pre-slice pies? We do not offer pre-slicing on our whole pies at it can make the pie soggy or and ruin the crust/look of the pie, especially if they are still warm.

Can you add writing to my pie? We leave that job to cake decorators, as we don’t have anything to “write” on a pie with like icing, and frankly, you don’t want to see us decorate a cake, let alone a pie! But we can decorate and write Happy Birthday on your pie box, so just let us know!

Do you offer bulk discounts? We do not. With the rise of ingredients and us being such a small shop, unfortunately we don’t receive discounts on any of our products from vendors either.

REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS:

QUICHES - Place quiche on a baking sheet and place in a preheated oven at 325 degrees for 25-35 minutes. Test it with a toothpick or knife in the center to be sure it is heated all the way through.

FRUIT PIES - Place pie on a baking sheet and place in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Too long and it will cause the filling to be runny and you’ll have trouble slicing it. If this is the case, let it cool again for a half hour or so and then try to slice.
